Gave my girlfriend control of the car bluetooth for the roadtrip music, she tells me she's got something she thinks I'd like, and then this storms out the speakers! Holy s**t does this song have some power to it. Didn't even know the game at the time, but the song just dances through moods, the bass just rumbles through and holds, it's a rollercoaster of a song and had chills coursing through me. Absolutely fantastic song from a great soundtrack

I love that surge in the middle. I like to think that it parallels the optimism and exhilaration of the crew all hopped up on Vanir Dolos speeches. 'We're a part of history in the making!'

I always enjoy the depth of this music, the echo of the sounds, the length of every major key that goes on until it fades away so another may take its place, and the variety of instruments used.

Best music evokes ideas of the visual it accompanies. To me this means there are choirs and joy and hope in the world of Ixion, its not all doom and gloom. I would love it if the game featured some named characters that react to our choices, perhaps a close circle of the administrator like the base officers in xcom. I don't believe the administaitor is a machine, I think that one cutscene is showing a cryopod that the administrator will eject via last second.

Administrator. As a result of the drastic change of mission parameters, the survival of the Tiqqun has become paramount. As the station was not designed for long term deployments, this will require a massive overhaul of the station's capabilities, priorities, and of the personell's responsabilites and coordination. The Klein predictive model suggests this is beyond the personal capabilities of a single individual. In absence of contact with the Marduk Council who may appoint new lead figures, the Dolos Protocol states that such a task falls onto you. To facilitate this, a list of ideal candidates has been compiled, by cross referencing data from their Dolos AEC application form and data collected on their working performance on the mission to Proxima Centauri: Peter Mason, recommended for the role of: Fleet Coordinator. Formerly a pilot for one of Dolos' many competitor companies, he was recruited after the acquisition of said company and has since served with distinction on multiple deployments, earning him a place aboard the Tiqqun. He is the man who piloted the shuttle that brought you on board the station, as well as the one that delivered the research team planetside on Proxima Centauri and brought them back. He possesses decades of experience in piloting spaceships, an excellent understanding of the capabilities of DOLOS vessels, and is a natural leader, capable of cultivating a sense of camraderie with his fellow employees, trait that was especially valued by Vanir Dolos himself. His performance during the Proxima Centauri mission exceeded expectations, and he proved crucial in coordinating Transport Vessels during the final stages of preparation before leaving Hearth as well. Manuela Ramirez, recommended for the role of: Head of Manufacturing. A pragmatic, resourceful and brilliant engineer, formerly employed by Marduk Council member Giovanni Battista in one of his many companies where she designed and oversaw construction and operation of state of the art heavy industry complexes across the globe. She received high commendation and was allowed to join the Tiqqun for the Proxima Centauri mission, where she supervised the construction and operation of the Steel Mill that was built on board the Tiqqun prior to departing. During the mission she reportedly stress tested its capabilities in preparation for the Dolos' next mission. Her expertise and proactive approach to quote "figuring out how something is gonna break before it does, and then prevent it" is invaluable enough to overlook her abrasive attitude and lack of manners when interacting with her superiors. Hua Liu, recommended for the role of: Head of Hydroponics. Protegé of Marduk Member council Rabia Nyokond, Hua Liu is an infant prodigy in the fields of botany and zoology, who earned a PhD in agricultural science at the age of 24, making her the perfect candidate for overseeing the establishment and operation of the Tiqqun's food production facilities, as evidenced by her excellent performance in ensuring adequate food production of the Insect Farms built for the Proxima Centauri mission. A sheltered upbringing and a general lack of meanignful relationships during her formative years has impacted her confidence when interacting with other people. The Klein Protocol suggests engaging with her in a non-official form before breaching the subject of her potential new assignment, as well as subtly encouranging rather than outright ordering her to accept the position. Just something I though about... maybe a little too much.
