શિયાળા ની પૌષ્ટિક અને ટેસ્ટી વિસરાતી જતી વાનગી I જવાર બાજરીના ચમચમિયા I jawar bajri Na Chamchamiya

jawar બાજરી અને લીલી ભાજી થી ભરપુર આ એકદમ પૌષ્ટિક અને ટેસ્ટી SUPER FOOD છે . એક વાર આ રેસીપી થી ચમચમીયા બનાવશો તો થોડે થોડે દિવસે પાછુ બનાવવાનું મન થશે , એમાં તમને લીલી ભાજી પણ મળી રહે છે
INGREDIENTS
Bajra atta - 1/2 cup
Jowar atta - 1/2 cup
Yogurt ( little sour ) - 1/2 cup
Green garlic - 2 Tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic paste - 3/4th Tsp
Green chili ( chopped ) - per taste
Soda - 2 pinch
Asafetida - 2 pinch
Turmeric - 3 pinch
salt - per taste
Methi bhaji
Spinach
Coriander leaves
