My Dad has been such a much today but I still love him! He doesn't understand the cost of living and expects his rent to stay fixed no matter how much my costs as a landlord increases. UGH! Such a much! I'm already contributing to his rent and I refuse to deplete my cup to overcompensate for others financial short falls ANYMORE! I've done this all my life for my family UNTIL TODAY! My mother passed 2 years ago and the worst wave so far came at the 1 year mark. “How to Survive the Loss of Love”-This book helped normalize grief in all forms...not feeling normal. It helped articulate experiences and emotions/lack of that I didn’t know could come. God Bless you & hold you close.
