It's always being about Wonyoung, Minju and Sakura. They treat Yujin good too, as for the rest - nada. Yuri and Chaewon are getting some screen time, because they are their best vocalists, so they need them. The rest of the girls are background.

Ari honestly, although Minju is my bias along with Chaeyeon, why is she getting better treatment than girls who are higher? It isn’t really fair it’s because she’s pretty (well she an all rounder but if she wasn’t visual she wouldn’t get treated so good look at Hyewon she’s also very pretty but she’s not official visual so she gets treated bad)

kpop crushie it’s a music video, it’s not about whos oozing with talent and who’s not, the MV is meant to be appealing and eye catching, and Minju does exactly that. Her visuals are stunning and she draws people’s attention in, same for Wonyoung, Sakura, and Yujin. Not saying they’re not all pretty because they’re all beautiful but some of them just have visuals the company wants to push.

I always think about how Kai from exo has slightly darker skin to the rest of exo and he always has people talk about it negatively. Thats a natural thing and these idols don't need people telling them they are "Too dark" and how does that make international/ non-white fans feel? I think that tons of, for example, black k-pop fans might be hurt to hear the kinds of standards korea has. Whats wrong with dark skin? Its just skin and no one should face discrimination due to that. Thats basically why whitewashing isn't good in my opinion. @Thesaltypretzel well okay as a korean fan many people edit their photo bright because their ‘picture’ is overall super dark and it’s really hard to distinguish each part of person in the picture, and I’ve never heard of any majority of the fans complaining about one member’s dark skin like the one that EXO’s Kai or NCT’s Haechan has. I doubt that there won’t be any people hating those ‘dark skins’, but I think you’re kinda misunderstanding the overall thoughts and intentions of a Korean fandom. Not ALL korean fansites edit their members’ skin super bright because they don’t like their skin color. I was feeling really upset about these stereotypes about Korean fans.
