Welcome to the Wagakki bands world. Shigin singer Yuko Suzuhane is the driving force behind the band and gathered all the musicians. The band started in 2012 but was not publicly announced until 2013. This concert was meant to be Daishinnenkai (New Year's Concert / Party) 2020 in January but was postponed until August the same year due to Covid. Thus Manatsu no daishinnenkai (Midsummer New Year concert / party). All the audience had to deliver a negative test, wear a bandage, were not allowed to sing loudly or shout, therefore this version lacks response from the audience when everyone is gathered on stage about in the middle of the song WGB constantly puts together big shows, One of Japan's most popular bands at the moment. Everyone is professional on their instruments, All songs are good, no one is equal, Metal, rock, jazz, ballads, funny songs, sad songs, etc. They have released 5 albums and 2 EPs. They have over 80 great songs to choose from. WGB is an 8 piece band: Yuko Suzuhana - Shigin, vocals (Founder of WGB) Machiya - guitar, vocals (Arrangement) Beni Ninagawa - tsugaru shamisen (Three strings (guitar looks like)) Kiyoshi Ibukuro - koto (Japanese National Instrument) Asa - bass Daisuke Kaminaga - Shakuhachi (Bamboo Flute) Wasabi - drums Kurona - wadaiko, Taiko (Traditional Drums) Can highly recommend: "Hotarubi" Premium symphonic night Vol.2 "Ignite" Manatsu no Daishinnenkai 2020 "Iroha Utha" Manatsu no Daishinnenkai 2020 Or their collaboration with Amy Lee "bring me to life" and "Sakura Rising" " Great reaction by the way 👍

Wagakki Band is AMAZING. Yuko Suzuhana is a goddess. They put on the BEST shows! They blend traditional and modern instruments to create unique music. Shamisen, koto, wadaiko, shakuhachi. Yuko-sama sings shigin style, and she dances with fan and sword. Check out more songs. You will be amazed at what WGB can do.

Japan is an island country where the natural environment and natural disasters coexisted, which is rich in the changes of the four seasons and gives us abundant blessings. In Japan, animism has given rise to a sense that spirits dwell in all things, and this sense has been passed down to modern people. Izana is probably the two gods of Kunimi（give birth to a country） mythology. You can guess that it is quoted from Izanagi and Izanami. This story is a myth about the founding of Japan and the origin of the imperial family.

yes the song is based on japanese mythology of god and godess Izanagi and Izanami, so it is a hard song to understand, it is like if a song is about Zeus you have to understand story of Zeus to get it the special vibrato is also a Japanese traditional way to sing
