RVickbmx I had almost the same issue as you did but what snapped me out of my social state was being around black people in College. Went to all white high school and middle school mostly... If you play sports play at the gym meet other black males and they'll be your connection to other black females. As they said you can also join groups in school, don't narrow yourself to a specific skin tone as they're ranges of black women from different backgrounds: Africa, Carribean, etc...
