I have to admit that iZotope has become my favorite when it comes to mixing and mastering. Not only the amazing plugins and apps themselves, but also the very well done tutorials. Thank you!

BLOWN AWAY... This Should Be Automictically Linked After The Purchase Of This Plug In Or If This Plug In Is Included In Other Izotope Packages. GREAT JOB!

I am an audio school graduate and recording engineer and have had these plugins for years and have never used them. Wow, im blown away at what this can do. Thank you!

Same and feel like an idiot. Izotope don’t do rubbish plugins. Lesson learned😂

This is really helpful thank you. I finally understand the LUF. It's been years since I recorded anything and when you get a bunch of new gear and instruments I realize I got to change things all up because they're very different. The volumes and the peaks are all different. This is the treasure info I was searching for. I used to do that with the cheap headphones test I wish I didn't throw them away. Hehe

Very friendly, transparent and competent tutorial. Although I use these plugins for some time already, there were new insights for me. Thank you very much and have a bright day; Peter

Oh wow, I thought the crest factor meter was for the whole track not just the low end portion
@rjjrdq2 жыл бұрын
I've run several pro recordings through a meter and I'm getting mid to upper 20's lufs. Do we need to go any higher?

It depends on the output platform. Streaming platforms will ask for something different than video based platforms. Always worth checking what the destination platform requires 🙂

Old school mixers depend heavily on VU meters, so not sure what the deal is about "eye mixing."

@@neonglowmusic its going beyond just checking levels with VU meters, and getting to the point where people will follow visual indication above the actual sound
