I personally just buy the sizes that are standard, I just look at the sizing charts for each part. But you can pay an extra fee to get it tailored to your size.

Hey I'm from the UK. I don't mind the shipping but I don't want to get custom fitting... I'm between a size xs and s. What size you you think... I'm 5.2 ft so I'm quite short. So what size should I go for bearing in mind my hips are the next size small but rest of me is xs

I would say xs should be fine for you, the pants are elastic inside so I think it would stretch to your hips just fine, I bought an xs and I'm 5.7ft so you may need to tailor it to get it to fit your height.

Usually the sizing charts on any cosplay go by size not age so I'm not too sure, as long as you look on the website and see the size to fit your height and other measurements it should fit you.
