I didn't bother having any high expectations (especially after Tokyo Ghoul just had a countdown for what turned out to be an art exhibit) but I'd be lying if I said that fact its merely a popularity poll didn't make me burst out laughing, as well as awkwardly wince a little every time a sequel/follow-up was mentioned this video.

Izuku didn't "give up", he's literally a teacher at UA using his experiences to encourage the future generations. How is him having a change in perspective with how he wants to help people him giving up? Izuku is not the same person he was at chapter 1, chapter one Izuku thought being a hero meant having a quirk and he proved that wrong the entire series, and now he is able to change society and inspire generations because of his actions and heroism, and applies that experience to teaching, which he says he thinks is awesome. I feel like getting hung up on Deku not being a pro Hero is just missing the entire point of the series and especially this finale

Interesting that they had the detail of the back slide of mha society. People thinking you have to have a strong quirk to be a hero. I sort of get where this ending was trying to go. But for personal reasons it kinda hurt. (was Izuku a teacher because he couldn't be a hero or was he forced out of active duty the same way mirio was while his quirk was gone).

Nope, far from a loser. Just because you have self-esteem issues doesn't make you a loser. He is hero and he inspires people. One of the best MCs! He's relatable, kind, and compassionate I wished ya'll would stop hating on Deku. He's a good person, good friend, and hero. So what if he accepts his reality. He's able to be happy and content where he is. That is admirable.

That ending was complete trash. All of the societal problems that plagued Hero society is just going to start all over again. Placing a heavy emphasis on popularity, ranks, & quirks, again? 🤦‍♂ Spinner’s book is out there for people to pick up. Didn’t Destro’s manifesto kickstarted the MLA? 🤦‍♂ They gave Izuku OFA, just to get rid of it. Hori gave him a 9 to 5 job. 🤦
