Thanks for this! Now 17 of the last 22 games in BO3 that I've played today have been this EXACT deck pretty much. Copying alrund's epiphany. Yesterday It was 11 out of the 15 games I played. The day before it was 15 out of the 19 games I played. I love watching people play mtg arena, so much so that I don't even have to go onto KZbin anymore, my OPPONENTS give me the same experience in game! How cool is that?

Played agains this deck last night while piloting my version of Azorius Control. Was able to cast Test of Talents on their Galvanic Interaction and on their See it Coming. They still were able to cast Alrund 3 times in a row but somehow I limped to victory with 2 life.

As an enjoyer of black as well, I’ve noticed the best black decks are Rakdos control or midrange decks that play cards like Imersturm Predator, Goldspan Dragon, and Kalain, as well as new cards like Reckless Stormseeker and the old treasure stuff with Ghast and Deadly Dispute

I used a similar strategy with Quidditch as a wincon in the last set. If you can dualcast epiphany with Stx stadium out, you get all the combat hits you need. It popped off more than I had guessed it would. Worth trying to shoehorn in?

Love using Epiphany as an actual wincon. Think there is any room for Zariel? Make a blocker first turn, then gives all your birds haste and +1/+0 to close games quickly.

About that game 2 wrong spell mistake... Midnight hunt has multiple instances of spells with the exact same mana cost having remarkably similar art. I've lost games to thinking I had the wrong card in my hand and not looking close enough.
