Watch the palimentary activity in the UK parliament sessions where there is great respect for the speaker whose decision is final on any issue raised. The Indian parliament, which is a clone of the UK parliament, should function in a similar way. However, most of the sessions in the last two years are filled with rowdyness with placards disturbing any discussion and shouting by opposition members. 😊 भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति महोदय राज्य सभा के सभापति होते हैं। राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही को सुचारू रूप से संचालन करना उनका दायित्व होता है। सभी सांसदों को राज्यसभा के नियमों का पालन करना होता है तथा सभापति के निर्देशों का पालन करना होता है। सांसदों के असंसदीय व्यवहार के लिए सभापति महोदय समझाते हैं, रोकते हैं, टोकते हैं।जब पानी सिर से ऊपर हो जाता है ,सदन संचालन कठिन हो जाता है तो बाधा डालने वाले सांसदों पर निलंबन जैसी कार्यवाही होती है निलंबन के बाद भी सदन से बाहर ना जाना किस मानसिकता का सूचक है,जैसा टी एम सी सांसद डेरेक ओ ब्रायन ने किया। सभापति जी ने कुछ और सांसदों को भी निलंबित किया गया था। निलंबित सांसदों में से टी एम सी सांसद श्री बेनर्जी सभापति महोदय की मिमिक्री कर रहे थे जो बिल्कुल अशोभनीय लगता है।श्री राहुल जी उनका विडियो बना रहे थे। अन्य उपस्थित सांसद उन्हें समझाकर रोकने की बजाय आनन्द ले रहे थे, उन्हें प्रोत्साहित कर रहे थे। श्री बेनर्जी का यह कहना मिमिक्री करना तो एक कला है। एक बुजुर्ग सम्मानित व्यक्ति का इस तरह मखौल उडाना उस व्यक्ति के लिए बड़ा ही असहज,वेदना दायी होता है। सभापति जी भी बहुत ही द्रवित हुए । ऐसा होना स्वाभाविक भी है। आप अपनी योग्यता का परचम सदन में बहस करके दर्शाइएं ।अपना लोहा अंदर मनवाइये ।बाहर मिमिक्री से आपका भी मखौल बनेगा। कृपा करके यह सोचिए कि संसद संचालन में कितना थन प्रति मिनट व्यय होता है। जितना समय जायां होता है उसी के मान से धन व्यय होता है । इस रिसन को आप ही रोक सकते हो । आपको हमेशा सरकार और सभापति ही दोषी दिखाई देंगे। मतदाता कभी कभी बहुत निर्मम निर्णय लेते हैं। यह स्मरण रहना चाहिए।
