In order to solve the major issue everyone is having in this project with "'sayHello' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.' Use the pyttsx3 package instead (it is an offline text to speech engine provided by Google) Simply First Search for the pyttsx3 package in settings/Project: JarvisAI/Python Interpretor and clicking on + sign , Like shown By Harry in 10:52.
