Mam thats totally fine that you are not giving any notes along with classes because of its responsibility of individual but we are We are paying for classes so its your responsibility that if our video is not done or incomplete then don't delete it after exam because I need chance to complete videos after exam also.. Mam, I tried contacting the helpdesk but they don't seem to be helpful and don't explain properly about the batches or any concern. It's just very abrupt like yes or no. Because most of the time students are clueless, I request you to make helpdesk more supportive. So that students can choose with 100% understanding.
