This song got me out of a dark place, college wasn't working out, it was my first session and i was also starting a rap career at the time. I stayed late in the school library to study for my science exam but i didn't understand shit. I was driving back home and i have a usb in my car with all the j cole stuff that's not on spotify and this song comes on the shuffle I was singing along and when it got to the chorus i started tearing up and keep in mind i haven't shed a tear in so long prior to that And there it was i SAW SOMETHING. The next day i switched majors from physiotherapy to communication and now im happier than i was ever. Still rapping tryna make it and i ain't got much of anything but heart Im writing this mainly because i will always cherish that car ride because it litteraly changed my life and i know damn well when ima be selling out arenas that i'd want to listen to this song and hopefully i will see this comment to remind me of how far i done came Remember me -BC
