I actually rewatched the anime a few years ago and I realized that the script is well written. I wish they would still consider continuing with the franchise or come up with a new season.

Omg same. It was the first anime I ever watched; I was around ten maybe even younger. Back then I didn't understand much of it besides just the characters and basic plot. Rewatching it years later, I discovered that there was so much more to the plot. Each character was so distinct and unique in their actions and ideologies. Like, I'm 17 now, and I feel old thinking about this. I really wish we could get newer Gundam series like this rather than Gunpla.

The song is sad. Those who die in hiroshima and nagasaki, i will remember. I got the feeling gundam seed destiny is written due to that catasrophic event in history and lack of ability or power. The song perfectly fit.
