For all wondering about a live performance, we did do MAMA 2022 and that’ll be coming to KZbin. We also did a HOBI Vlog which will also be coming to KZbin. In total we did SIX Hobi videos and they’ll all be on KZbin. Vlog and MAMA 2022 were CCW picks. This is something we are going to continue experimenting with. Patreon didn’t vote for these. Hope everyone is enjoying their week. Saturday will be another fun HOBI video so stay tuned.

A much better hobi birthday week would have been Tuesday: Listen to Hope World, Thursday: Listen to Jack in the Box, Saturday: Watch hobipalooza. I can't imagine why you did anything other than that. In fact, that would be the best way to handle birthdays this year, in my opinion. Listen to each member's album on Tuesday and/or Thursday. Watch live performances on Thursday (and if they have a live concert, watch that on Saturday). Having said that, I WAS at the concert and saw him go live as we were walking back to our hotel. I watched it on my phone, then watched it again later after we drove home (10 hour drive, the next day), with subtitles.

And tons of other people have said they'd rather see music than all the other content, during birthday weeks. You have your opinion and I have mine. What I didn't say and should have is it would have been better to just not react to this specific live now, when they haven't watched the concert. I honestly think that the only reason a lot of people are commenting anything about this at all is because of that alone. I think the discord/patreon voters have done them a disservice by even putting this in the mix, more than I think CCW is in the wrong.

I'm sorry if this comes off as harsh, but it's genuine feedback that I hope you consider: I feel like you're really screwing over yourselves and the viewers with the strict time limits. That seems to have been the source of a lot of disillusionment lately. There's nothing wrong with being personable and goof off with us sometimes, but I'm thinking you either need to cut down on the overlong intros and outros (sometimes up to 10 minutes) that aren't related to the video/BTS* or you need to decide you're gonna do less BTS videos on some weeks so you can react to certain longer content people have been longing for. You couldn't do all of YouQuiz. You couldn't do both deleted and bonus for TROB (even though most of those reaction videos ended up being only a couple mins shorter than both videos combined). You couldn't do the Burn the Stage or Bring the Soul movies. You can't do Hobipalooza (and apparently never plan to see it all if "we'll see parts of that over time" is any indication). I'm genuinely curious as to what drives this concept that you just seem to never ever plan to watch anything over a certain time limit (according to other comments, no submissions over 20 minutes are allowed). I know that """"The Algorithm"""" rewards consistent posting, which means you guys have to do shorter things because of the time you can spend together. But what good is the algorithm if you lose trust of the viewers? ARMY in particular is a finicky breed. You guys have been hailed for your genuine and open enjoyment of the guys, but if the algorithm is taking priority, that can really wreak havoc on audience enjoyment. And again, you're cheating yourselves out of amazing things by just rejecting anything "too long" or only ever breaking it up into parts. (edit: the other issue here is the discord and patreon being the driving force behind these choices with absolutely no quality control happening. You've said admins don't filter out submissions unless they just don't meet the criteria and you guys have no way of knowing what might not make sense so you're just getting source material from an audience that has a lot of time to spend on discord. *edit 2: I want to be clear that I always really enjoy all of your insights and discussions about the music/video that you're watching, but there are many times where the stories or discussion veers into tangentially related territory and go on for a bit too long when there are such strict time limits. Again, it would be fine it was occasional because I like you as people as well, but it happens pretty often.)

I haven't watched your reaction yet, but as someone who was present in person at this performance, you absolutely needed to see the full concert in order to fully appreciate this live, let alone having seen little to none of it. How is it the best choice to not watch the performance but only watch the behind-talk afterward? And also, I was hoping you would watch Hobi's performance, not expecting you to watch a vlog. I hope that his performances are included significantly in your six videos about Hobi.

I think instead of SIX videos, they could have just watched the whole Hobipalooza 😅

Not a concert or tour! Lollapalooza is a major music festival like Coachella. Jhope headlined on his day of the festival and performed for about an hour

this video does not make sense at all. :'( and knowing they have admins on patreon who are ARMY even feels more disappointing because how can they let this happen? i understand this won because of solo stans (just like last year's Hobi video with the maknae line) but they could've at least advised CCW just how much of this does not make sense without watching the concert. this is so heartbreaking because i love bts and i've really grown to love this channel. but Daniel saying he's sure the concert was fire gutted me 😭 it was so out of touch i just have no words anymore except how disappointed and sad I am

I am sorry to say even if was a poll decision, you could have taken the conscious decision of watching Hobipalooza before live. What's the use of watching live without context. Its really unfortunate even after so many requests for Hobipalooza, you guys are neglecting it over a year.Thats your loss. Atleast you could have watched any of his other live performances for hobi week.

If you don’t know some of the hobipalooza songs, you actually will want to hear them after the performance. You don’t need to know all the songs because this was a mini concert so some songs are just shortened or you get the live version which is amazing as well and it will peak your interest! Also, they do know a lot of them already from previous reactions they have done so it’s not like they will be lost. I mean it was just such a special first time thing for bts and Jhope did it well and we all felt so proud…

Dispatch will show when celebrities come and go from airports so I already knew Jimin would be there for Jhope. I watched Jhope’s Lalapalooza performance live on Hulu…and Jimin was in the tower off to the side of the stage. Jhope did amazing!! Just a great performance. I was so proud of him. I remember thinking wow he lost so much weight so I know he worked so hard. I was so glad and relieved that Jimin went to support him. Jhope really needed one of his members there. He was the first one to perform solo without the other members. I can’t imagine how stressed and nervous he was. When the performance was over I got the the live notification. BTS always does lives after their performances. The way Jhope’s face lit up when Jimin came in melted my heart. I think Jimin actually left the next day for LA as he was still working on his album at that time. He even got to meet up with Tony from their variety show American Hustle life. Anyways…You should watch his performance if you haven’t yet. It was unbelievable. Jin predicted Jhope would be the first one to do it.

Some comments are so funny. "Omg guys they need to listen to his mixtape and album" but the best way to do it is literally watching Lollapalooza. He's literally saying a story and some account uploaded the perfomance with subs. Y'all just don't want to admit that they don't like j-hope, at least as an artist bcz you want to keep supporting them as they react a lot to your biases videos lmao.
@SuilynnAngel10 ай бұрын
You guys are one of the very few BTS reactors I watch and really like.. because you’re always genuine, pays attention to not only the incredible lyrics but also to all the musical arrangements of the songs, and seems like a Bangtan only channel (ARMY safe space). I have consistently watched and will continue to watch all your reactions cause they’re all so sincere and fun. 💜 That said, the reaction to this vlive is just…… a tad cringe and sad (sorry!). It’s also the first reaction ( I think, or if not, one of the VERY few) video that you guys don’t seem to truly enjoy, and / or seem incredibly disconnected from the content you’re watching. It’s probably because you haven’t watched Hobi’s Lollapalooza performance and don’t understand the magnitude and impact of Hobipalooza. I actually winced when I heard the “..maybe it’s the last leg of his tour…” 😬😅 Both jhope and Jimin are part of my bias line but even I find myself unable to truly enjoy this reaction. I understand the constraints of time and schedule, but I genuinely hope you’ll get to the Hobipalooza performance once your schedule in the future allows for longer video reactions as this is really one for the books. Maybe only for the member’s birthday week, you can loosen some of the rules and process so that hopefully you will get better video suggestions that you can properly enjoy. Anyways, I hope the constructive feedbacks on this video ( most done with good intentions to enhanced your Bangtan experience ) will help you enjoy your ARMY journey better and any extremely rude comments will be ignored so that it will not affect your stroll along this purple brick road we’re all on. 💜 Looking forward to your next reaction. Cheers!
