This is how modern day rap should be. Dope ass lyrics and flows over dope ass beats. Respect brother.
@StarBorn8817 жыл бұрын
Asa Jake you mean dope ass lyrics, flows and BEATS. I'm an audio engineer, there is a lot going on with the production, the phase effect on his voice is perfect. Pay respects to the producer as much as the rapper. This song is perfection between both the artist and the producer.

Yo, I just realised that the music video is only in black and white when the police are around. When he's with his family it's colourful, but as soon as the police come back into it -- black and white again. It's meant to represent how a lot of the police out there only see the black and white in these situations; you either black (bad) or white (good), because of that, you are guilty as soon as they see you. Damn, this man takes his art to different levels.

I disagree. The music is dope but in the video he's referencing how the police negatively react to our young black men. Some kid is going to see this and think its cool to get arrested and go to jail; just like J.I.D. They did this when I was a kid too. Pumping up how Jail was home for US and getting locked up is funny. I see music is changing again, but the same old KKK tricks prevail. Shit, he's doing their work for free. Sorry. Keep making great music and don't give the police credit in your videos. Like it's their job to harass young black people. I hope you see I'm not trying to offend him or criticize his music negatively.
