Good quality supplements: rice > bread (less processed) and we do need this fuel (1st carbohydrate, then oil) for our brain to function correctly - so well said. Good quality oil - MCT oil from coconut is a good choice (Costco in USA carries it) Antioxidants - all kinds of berries would also help - natural, less processed.
