Revisiting Indus treaty and to make it more rational is the need of the hour . Disproportionate favour shown to Pakistan by the former Prime minister is contrary to the Interests of Jammu and Kashmir, Indian states and Indian people. It must be revised . Pakistan attacked India in 1965 immediately after the Indus Water Treaty. Once two countries are at war peacetime treaties automatically get superseded. So as a matter of fact there no such treaty after 1965.
