Sir pls raise the issue of recruitment of teachers, lecturers as most of the teacher posts filled through R.E.T and we as educated youth are suffering alot due to these decisions of the govt. This is the scenario of our state/UT that a person who had professional degree B.ed ,M.ed is working as panchayat account assistant, lab assistant,most are unemployed and who not even passed the eligibility criteria are working as a teacher... Atleast govt.can take fair decision of rectifying the vacant post in education dept. at all level ....

I have been watching you vedieo regularly and appreciate your coverage on day today activities. Some farmers of Tehsil Thannamandi District Rajouri are facing problems for non payments of rent of the land hired by the army authorities for the last 25 years. The rent of the land is being delayed on one pretext and the others.The function of ADESO ofice Rajouri is very poor. The cases which have time and been examined / reexamined are being not processed for payment of rent. Kindly highlight our issue and the central defence estate department may be asked to release our long pending rent immediately keeping in mind the hardships being faced by the poor and distressed farmers. Unnecessary a huge no.of old aged, illiterate ,domestic servants,tailors,redaban,sumo drivers,shopkeepers,wagabonds,domestic gardeners,chemists,drug peddlers own kiths & kins, cooks, election agents,vote choor,political workers smugglers,domestic gardeners ,election compaigners as daily wagers have been engaged by politicians & bureaucrats who are burden on state exchequer.Actually there is no need of engaging daily wagers in forest,agriculture,irrigation,electric,horticulture,seri culture,local bodies etc. The services of all such daily wagers are not actually required.It is not out of place to mention here that 40 o/o employees were detected as Sur plus by the Godbole Commission during the regime of Mr.Farooq Abdulla and Central Govt.had imposed ban on fresh appointments which was lifted during regime of Mr.Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in view of educated unemployment problem.The Govt.should find out solution to overcome educated unemployed youth which is a grave problem posing threat to law/order and peace/security of the state.The said daily wagers are unnecessarily looting Govt.treasury.Let all such daily wagers be disengaged forthwith to save national wealth,In the first instance the actual age,date of birth be got verified through state Medical headed by any expert from outside the state and subsequently get it verified/cross checked by 2nd Medical Board to ascertain genuineness of the first boards reports.

Govt is only thinking about these dailywagers they are not actually regularised and u are standing against their regularisation, it is a matter of fate what will they get but you have no right to give suggestion of disengaging them as they mostly belong to poor families and are doing their work with dedication, u should mind your own business rather than seeking bad for them.
