✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Edible Gum (गोंद) - 2 Tbsp
* Mix Dry Fruits (मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट्स) - 25-30 gm
* Poppy Seeds (खस-खस) - 1 Tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 250 Gm
* Water (पानी) - 125 Ml
* Seedless Dates (खजूर) - 8-10 Nos.
* Dry Coconut Flakes(नारियल के लच्छे) - 250 gm
* Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - 4-5 Drops
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚
* Ghee (घी) - 4.5 Tbsp
* Water Chestnut Flour (सिंघाड़े का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर) - 4 Tbsp
* Shakkar Boora (शक्कर बूरा) - 1/2 Cup
* Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫:
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
* Soaked Sago (Small Size) (भीगा हुआ साबूदाना) - 1 Cup
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 2-3 Nos.
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Saffron (केसर) - 8-10 Nos
* Cuddapah Almond (चिरौंजी) - For Garnishing
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
* Rose Petals (गुलाब की पत्तियां) - For Garnishing
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐝𝐢:
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Peanuts (मूंगफली) - 1/4 Cup
* Cashew (काजू) - 2 Tbsp
* Raisins (किशमिश) - 1 Tbsp
* Foxnut (मखाना) - 1 Cup
* Ghee (घी) - 1/2Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Potato (आलू) - 2 Nos
* Rock Salt (सेंधा नमक) - As Per Taste
* Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते) - 2 Tbsp
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3 Nos
* Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 Nos
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - As Per Taste
* Soaked Sago (भीगा हुआ साबूदाना) - 1 Cup
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - As Per Taste
* Water (पानी) - 2-3 Cup
* Lemon (नींबू) - 1/2 Slice
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄::
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨, in a pan, fry some edible gum in ghee until it swells up. Now in the same pan, roast some mixed dry fruits. Again, in the same pain, roast some poppy seeds and take it out along with ghee. Now in the pan, pour 125 ml water with 250 gm sugar and cook for about 5 minutes till it turns into a sugar syrup. While it is cooking, cut some seedless dates. Now in the sugar syrup put coconut flakes or desiccated coconut and turn the flame to low. To it, add the roasted dry fruits, fried and crushed edible gum, poppy seeds & ghee, and switch off the flame. Now add cardamom powder, a few drops of kewra essence, dates, and mix properly. Grease your hands with ghee and form the laddoos as shown in the video!!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐝𝐚, in a wok, put some ghee, water chestnut flour and roast until fragrant. When fragrant, turn off the flame and add milk powder, shakkar boora, cardamom powder, ghee and mix. Now give the dough the shape of a peda and garnish with pistachios!!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫, in a thick vessel, put some water, milk and boil. When it boils, put soaked sago, cardamom and boil again. Now again when it comes to a boil, sim the flame and put sugar, and cook again for some time… You can also garnish it with saffron, pistachio, almond and rose petals!!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐝𝐢, in a wok, put some ghee and roast peanuts, cashew, raisins and fox nuts in it. Now in the same pan, again put some ghee, cumin seeds, cut boiled potatoes, rock salt, curry leaves, green chili, cover it and cook on slow flame. Now put chopped tomato, black pepper powder, one cup soaked sago, coriander leaves, water, cover it and cook for some time. Now when the sabzi thickens, put roasted fox nuts, roasted cumin powder. Cook for some time and put in some coriander leaves, cashews, etc!! In this way, JANMASHTAMI SPECIAL 4 dishes are ready at home!!!
