First of all we have to accept the truth, that scammers are present in all the three lists , it is with the help of ist paper some scammers are noticeable , one more thing that only toppers are not scammers. It is impossible to filter scammers because they have proof (i.e OMR Sheet) that they have qualified by its own. Only solution is either we have to close our eyes and allow all the qualified(scammers and genuine) candidates for PET,etc OR Re-examination which is very hard for genuine students 😢.
