Masters + bed should be compulsory for +2 .... whereas NET/SET. PhD candidates are eligible for AP....no discrimination between candidates.. clear-cut criteria should be there. Disclaimer:This is my personal opinion not a fact...So don't take it personally.... actually we have to wait for official notification....Best wishes to all.

Net k liye points rakhnai chahiye but b,ED Compulsory hona chahiye b, ED is usefull degree for lecture posts and teaching posts not useless

@HappyForestHills-wz6gg oh man...if some one has wasted six years for phd degree..then should administration force students to pursue bed first ...say shit to bed..it is useless...it has nothing to do with lecturer....in my area there are thousands who have done bed... They even don't know the abcd of their field...
