吉隆坡城市🏙️跑, 在30度和近乎1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%濕度下跑步🏃‍♂️真的很有挑戰性. 起跑的時候還未天光 所以前段的畫面錄不到, 只能錄到中間和後段. 希望記錄低自己跑步的過程, 也能讓其他人欣賞到吉隆坡在市中心也有很 漂亮的郊野公園和風景🏞️. 這次比賽跑步是由吉隆坡的獨立廣場🕌出發, 距離雙子塔大概兩至三公里路程, 由獨立廣場向西跑經過市中心的公園, 國會道, 附近都是馬來西亞政府機關大樓, 然後再以獨立廣場為終點
Kuala Lumpur city 🏙️run, running 🏃‍♂️ at 30 degrees Celsius and almost 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣% humidity is really challenging. It was still dark when started running, so I can’t record the first part of running and can only record the middle and last part. I hope to record my running process. It allows others to appreciate that Kuala Lumpur also has beautiful country parks and scenery🏞️ in the city centre. This race starts from Dataran Merdeka 🕌 in Kuala Lumpur, about two to three kilometers away from the Menara Berkembar Petronas (Twin Towers). The race started heading west from Merdeka and through the parks in the city centre and the Parliament Road, where the Malaysian government buildings located. The race ends at Merdeka Square
