I see a lot of people in the mall but not that many in the individual stores. Are people buying, as the prices are so high?

Like the same as many mall in KL, most of the F&B stores are packed with people but retail shops aren't. As this is a new mall, we shall see whether after 6 months it will still be as crowded as now.
