Case of IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt is the classical example of Indian Justice Delivery system. For Arnab Goswami , Honble Supreme Court works in mid night , but for Kappan , IPS Sanjiv Bhatt and many others , same Honble Supreme Court don't have time.

Ghanta 🤡, he is convicted in one more case out of many. He was a loyalist of Ahmed patel who masterminded the false framing of Modi in Gujrat riots. All the gang who involved entire clan from sold out journalist like Teesta selvad to sold out IPS officers like Sanjiv bhatt all are behind bars. Modi promised to punish those involved and he is keeping his promises 😂

Section 191 of the IPC specifies that if a false case is filed against another, the person who files the false case will face the same penalty, that the false case person has to undergo. Unfortunately, indian courts are shy to implement section 191 and the following sections of the Indian Penal Code. Remember the Rs. 1/ penalty given to Sr. Advocate Prashant Bhushan by the supreme Court. Was it not a waste of precious time, when there is a backlog of cases with the supreme Court? The less said the better.

In this case, Mr. Bhatt is being punished for revealing the truth. Any individual, whether a public servant, politician, or an ordinary citizen, who has criticized our esteemed Prime Minister has faced severe retaliation since 2014.
