軍艦島に上陸!!初めての方の大丈夫!!軍艦島コンシェルジュの上陸方法を解説します！ぶらり旅 第419回 「長崎県:端島(軍艦島)」 -アクセス,料金,駐車場 Gunkanjima

ふらっと出かけた場所を紹介しようと思います。
2023年12月に長崎県長崎市にある「端島(軍艦島)」に行きました。
・端島（軍艦島）
長崎港から船で約40分のところに位置する端島（はしま）。
小さな海底炭坑の島は、岩礁の周りを埋め立てて造られた人工の島です。
岸壁が島全体を囲い、高層鉄筋コンクリートが立ち並ぶその外観が軍艦「土佐」に似ていることから「軍艦島」と呼ばれるようになりました。
最盛期の1960年には約5300人もの人が住み、当時、日本一の人口密度を誇っていました。
島内には小中学校や病院などを完備、映画館やパチンコホールなどの娯楽施設もあり生活の全てを島内で賄うことができたそうです。
端島炭坑の石炭はとても良質で、隣接する高島炭坑とともに日本の近代化に大きく貢献しました。
しかし、主要エネルギーが石炭から石油へと移行したことにより衰退の一途をたどり、1974年に閉山。
島民はさまざまな思いを胸に島を去り無人島となりました。
2015年7月世界文化遺産「明治日本の産業革命遺産 ～製鉄・製鋼、造船、石炭産業～」として正式登録されました。

料金：昼間（8:00?20:00）
　　　２時間まで30分につき50円
　　　夜間（20:00?8:00）
　　　30分につき50円（夜間料金の上限は500円）
客船入港日は駐車場利用ができません。

※100%上陸できるとは限りません。
軍艦島ドルフィン桟橋付近の波の高さや方向、風向風力、潮の干満等を現地で確認し、船長判断で上陸可否を決めます。
端島のドルフィン桟橋状況に関わらず全社において、現在までほぼ同じ上陸率(約60%ほど)になっています。
軍艦島コンシェルジュの総合平均上陸率は94.0%だそうです。

Hashima is located about 40 minutes by boat from Nagasaki Port.
Small Undersea Coal Mine Island is an artificial island built by reclaiming land around a rocky reef.
The island is called ``Gunkanjima'' (Gunkanjima) because its appearance, with its quay wall surrounding the entire island and its high-rise reinforced concrete buildings, resembles the warship ``Tosa.''
At its peak in 1960, approximately 5,300 people lived there, boasting the highest population density in Japan at the time.
The island was fully equipped with elementary and junior high schools, a hospital, and other entertainment facilities such as movie theaters and pachinko halls, so it was possible to cover all aspects of life on the island.
The coal of Hashima Coal Mine is of very high quality, and together with the neighboring Takashima Coal Mine, it greatly contributed to the modernization of Japan.
However, as the primary energy source shifted from coal to oil, the mine continued to decline and was closed in 1974.
The islanders left the island with various thoughts in mind, and the island became uninhabited.
In July 2015, it was officially registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site, ``Sites of Japan's Meiji Industrial Revolution - Iron and steel manufacturing, shipbuilding, and coal industries.''

Parking is not available on the day the cruise ship enters the port.

*It is not guaranteed that you will be able to land 100% of the time.
The captain will decide whether to go ashore or not after checking on-site the height and direction of the waves, wind direction, wind force, ebb and flow of the tide, etc. near Gunkanjima Dolphin Pier.
Regardless of the situation at Hashima's dolphin pier, the landing rate for all companies has remained almost the same (approximately 60%) to date.
The overall average landing rate for Gunkanjima Concierge is said to be 94.0%.
