The Daughter doesn't understand what kind of Dad she has . He immediately looked for another woman right after his wife passed away, his children were still grieving for their late mother. This guy already found some one and get married. After he got married, he had a plan to enjoy his life with his wife in a new house. He tricked his daughter to give him $350,000 and he lied to his daughter. He said he will use that money to put a down payment to buy a house for his grandson. This man is self centered and selfish person, So even if his wife only takes care of him ones a month, in his mind, this is better than nothing. Of course he doesn't want to divorce his wife, this man never thinks about his children or grandchildren. She is all that he has because he clearly does not acknowledge his children.

將心比心，若自己是那女兒肯定會猜疑繼母，站在繼母立場若沒給個程度的保障幹嘛做白工？若沒先前給的產權份額早就被掃地出門了，還是調解員們利害　功德啊！
