A) 什么是【浸泡】？What is soaking?
1. 一些人定义为“浸泡敬拜”（soaking worship）。正如其名，浸泡包含两方面：Some term it as soaking worship. As the name suggests, soaking worship has two aspects:
1.1敬拜是将我们对神的崇拜、尊荣和爱慕献给祂。Worship speaks of the giving of our adoration, honour and love to God
1.2浸泡是从神“领受”和“喝”。Soaking speaks of receiving and drinking from God
1.3 “浸泡敬拜”的意思是我们同时把焦点放在给予和领受。Soaking worship means that we are simultaneously focused on both giving and receiving.
2.浸泡是实际花时间安息并邀请圣灵以祂奇妙的爱来充满我们。The practice of taking time to rest while inviting the Holy Spirit to fill you again with His amazing love.
*教会忙碌于宗教活动。神正在恢复这个真理，让我们在忙碌中与祂连接。祂渴望我们的爱，而不是单单我们的劳苦。The Church has bruised ourselves with religious activities. In this renewal, God is restoring this truth to want us to stay connect with Him in our daily busy life. He wants our love, not merely our labour.
3.“浸泡是一种奉献”：“神啊，这是单单给祢的时间。”
“Soaking is a dedication: ‘God, this is time just for you.”
“浸泡是一个邀请：“神啊，来做祢要在我生命做的事。”
“Soaking is an invitation: God, do what you want to do in me”
“浸泡是一种期待：神啊, 我为着祢在我浸泡时所成就的事感谢祢。”
“Soaking is an expectation: ‘Thank you, Father, for what you are accomplishing as I rest in you.”
我们像小孩子来到天父面前，相信祂有美好的东西要给我们。
We come to Him like little children believing that He has good things for us.

*马太 Matt 7:11 你们虽然不好, 尚且知道拿好东西给儿女, 何况你们在天上的父, 岂不更把好东西给求祂的人吗。If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!
4. 安息的操练The Practice of Rest
4.1 浸泡是降服和安息在神同在里---复活我们的灵并与真理连接。
Soaking is a posture of surrendering and resting in the presence of God that revitalizes our spirits and aligns us with truth!
*诗篇 Ps 37:7 你当默然倚靠耶和华, 耐性等候祂. 不要因那道路通达的, 和那恶谋成就的, 心怀不平。“Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him.”
*当我们等候神时，我们的重担得释放，更敏锐于祂的同在。先知以赛亚说那等候祂的，必从新得力, 他们必如鹰展翅上腾，他们奔跑却不困倦, 行走却不疲乏.（以赛亚书40:31）) As we wait upon the Lord, any burdens we may be carrying are released and we become more sensitive to His presence. The Prophet Isaiah said that those who wait upon Him will “renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31, NKJV)
4.2刻意花时间安静在神面前并让祂来服事我们与在神面前祷告祈求或争战突破是一样重要的。While there are times to present our requests to the Lord or press in for breakthrough, it’s equally important for us to create space in our lives to sit quietly before Him and allow Him to minister to us.
4.3当我们放下一天的忙碌并安静来到祂面前，祂就会引领我们进入更深的平安和连接。By letting go of the busyness of the day and becoming quiet before Him, He leads us into deep places of peace and connection.
4.4当我们允许神在心里动工时，我们就是在学习负祂的轭，祂的轭乃是轻省的。（太11:30）As we give the Lord permission to work in our hearts, we learn to take on His easy yoke and light burden (Matthew 11:30).
4.5以下是一些经文关于浸泡在神同在里的价值。Here are some other verses that reveal the great value of being saturated in the presence of God!
太Matt11:28-30 凡劳苦担重担的人, 可以到我这里来, 我就使你们得安息。我心里柔和谦卑, 你们当负我的轭, 学我的样式, 这样你们心里就必得享安息。因为我的轭是容易的, 我的担子是轻省的。“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
*诗篇 Ps 131:2 我的心平稳安静, 好像断过奶的孩子在他母亲的怀中。我的心在我里面真像断过奶的孩子。“Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother; Like a weaned child is my soul within me.”
*诗篇 Ps 27:14 要等候耶和华. 当壮胆, 坚固你的心. 我再说, 要等候耶和华。“Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord!”
*来 Heb 4:9-11 这样看来, 必另有一安息日的安息, 为神的子民存留。因为那进入安息的, 乃是歇了自己的工, 正如神歇了祂的工一样。 所以我们务必竭力进入那安息, 免得有人学那不信从的样子跌倒了。“There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.”
4.6 ‘与神亲密的关系是生活中每一个领域多结果子的钥匙。当我们更加警觉于神内住的同在…别人也会。当我们更多被祂内住的同在影响…我们身边的人也一样会被影响。花时间在密室里，我们就能每天行在圣灵里。这比我们挣扎为神成就事情更好，因神是透过我们建立祂的国度。’-CTF 事工

As we become more affected by His presence in us… so do those around us. By taking time in the secret place with God, we start to walk by the spirit in everyday life. We find that rather than striving to achieve things for God, He is building His kingdom through us.” --CTF Ministries
4.7 单单读圣经和祷告是不足够的。我们必须与神独处，没有任何的祈求，只单单渴慕祂更多、更多被充满、更多祂的同在彰显在每天的生活中。Bible reading and prayer are not enough. We must take time alone with Him, not asking for anything but more of Him, more of His fullness, more of His presence in our everyday lives.
