Edit: I totally misread OP comment! Ignore this one lol Isn't it because the marker is just thick? So you're not making a straight line from point A to point B, you're just quickly tapping the marker on the canvas. If I have a marker with a one inch long tip on it, if I tap the paper quick enough it's going to leave a one inch long line/mark That make sense? Or am I just way wrong lol? I'm just throwing a guess out there 🤙

… that’s not the Coriolis Effect… The Coriolis Effect is when an object within the spinning thing’s influence is forced perpendicular to the direction of the spin. Nothing here is within the disk’s motion’s influence and nothing is being moved by it.
