David.C You translated your comment into Chinese. The Chinese and Japanese languages are completely different like night and day as well as the two cultures and peoples.

Tommy Mika I am a Chinese and this is for Chinese people to read. Of course I know the difference between the 2 countries. But I think you understand what that means and appreciate it if you’re a Japanese.

David. C Oh, I didn’t know that. Sorry for my comment. I truly appreciate your comments on performances of Tachibana. I used to live in California and had a lot of Chinese friends during that time. I really miss them.

Tommy Mika Not at all Tommy. I am living in San jose, California. Not too far from Pasadena. Next time when Tachibana in town for parade, I will go see them and will visit Kyoto next time when I travel to Japan.

David. C I lived in Hayward and Fremont and went to colleges in these cities. I had a Chinese friend that was from San Jose. I shared an apartment with him for a short period. I suppose you have been to Japan. I now live near Tokyo.

@@stenoyatt4423 No. We never try to learn their real names, and when we do - as in the case of the girl with the prosthetic leg in the Rose Parade - we never share them. (Hers was all over US news, so it got out.) They're just kids, and we need to keep them safe. The "S" is the first initial of her nickname, which is how all the kids refer to each other at all times. Even their parents are Mr. or Mrs. nickname the entire time the kids are high schoolers.

This is pure Japan promotion. I saw that drummer, beautiful gesture to that little kid. But also a big thank you to the flag girls, they also did'nt forget the kids by giving a lot of high fives to them. That are the fans from the future already.
