@@rubayetlucky ধন্যবাদ আপু। কিন্তু আমি আজ তিন চার মাস যাবত মেইল করছি বাট তেমন রেসপন্স পাচ্ছি না। কয়েকজায়গায় পেলেও তারা মাস্টার্স এ রেজাল্ট এর কথা উল্লেখ করছে। মাস্টার্স এ আমার সিজিপিএ মাত্র ২.৮৫। পেপার পাবলিশড হয়নি এখনো। সব মিলিয়ে হযবরল আর কি। একটা পিএচডি ইন্টারভিউ ও দিয়েছি বাট ওইটা ও হয় নি। এই ক্ষেত্রে কি করতে পারি

IELTS is not strictly mandatory. You can apply with your MOI. However, if another candidate has an IELTS/TOEFL score, he/she will get priority for final selection.

I wanted to know something about the university track of MEXT scholarship. I finished my honors 4th year exam this month. But there is some improv which will be finished in January. All the results will be published + consolidated by mid 2024 (estimated) and it will take some more time to release the marksheet.
