Fascinating stuff. Love Jurgen's terminology - talks about 'crewmakers', the differences between rowers like Jonny & Greg Searle - and hearing how he adjusted the GB coxless 4's approach between Munich and London 2012 at the 11th hour to beat the Aussies and win gold...I always wondered how on earth they managed it. He has razor sharp observation and such an energetic mind!
