Since a high skill damage is needed, how much skill damage is exactly needed to be able to do much damage? Like 100%?

40-50% is already enough you see the difference DPS like beggeter

His aa in snake form deal really high dmg especially if attack to one target, and the dmg is enough to kill anyone especially if enemy petrified, maybe in pve can put 2 skill proc skill

You will need very high Skill DMG for his Earth and Poison skills to hit hard in PVP. It's easier kill players with his Fire Breath AA especially when you combine it with his Petrify skill.

The Crit is coming from the skill [ Disaster Panic] which you put in your [Stack Up] to allow you to use the skill automatically. You can check out my PVE build if you want to :)

no, sadly, since magic crit counted as last multiplier dmg. to make it simple: if you do 100k dmg (after calculating, ignore m.def%,m.pen%, m.dmg%,elemental dmg% etc) to enemy, it would be 150k dmg with 0 luk.
