Oh really? 5 adj tiles are rare, but the game makes sure to pull that map generation out of nowhere in order for me to make me miss my lorestone when scouting x) Just Northgard things.

Hello! I'm new to RTS games (especially Northgard), I was wondering why you you have your different bullding set up against the edge of the tile (i.e. your farm is right against the tile border to your main tile), is there strategy to that or just a habit? Also does the distance your miners have to walk to the ore/stone affect their mining rate? Sorry for all the questions, love the video!

This is just to get vills into work faster, or requalify. Saving seconds, OccDeform.

No it’s just so when assigning villagers the get there that much faster. Workers produce the same amount regardless of distance. As long as they’re on the tile they work.

So is it better now to start building iron mine even before simple living just for tempo? I haven´t seen you doing that in the past I think.
