Tato píseň v podání Davida Vás dojme a zamrazí. Je to také podle mne naprosto věrně udělané tak, jak to Bach zamýšlel. Krásný dětský vysoký hlas v kvalitní kostelní akustice bez přeznívání. LK

A beautiful rendition by such a young boy. The piece appears in the Anna Magdalena Notebook, but is actually by Gottfried Heinrich Stölzel (as are several keyboard works in the notebook) and is from the opera "Diomedes oder die triumphierende Unschuld" from 1718. According to the German Wikipedia, Bach performed an entire years worth of Stölzel's cantatas in 1735/36. This is from a total of over 1,300!

We would like record another CD, but we have to get the money because we released last own CD .It is unbeliving how is no interest about David singing et the Czech Republic .David won all sorts of competitions and nothing ... while singing every day better and better. Children should not sing this piece. It is about acceptance of death in the presence of god. The subject matter is meaningful, complex, very mature. Children should not be concerned with the acceptance of death, as they don‘t know what life can be. First there comes life, then death. Nevertheless, it is beautifully sung and the boy has a rich, pleasant voice.
