Man, just takes it beyond study… to hear all those passing tones and and suspensions, 7ths, etc… really puts the ear right into just how advanced harmonically Bach was…

Many of the dissonances you hear were not written by Bach but are the result of echoes in the recording process or from the space in which it is recorded.
