Beautiful performance of this wonderful piece. The rhythms really show the perfect counterpoint here. The organ really brings out the best highlights and harmonies of this work. Another job well done. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent with us!

Sorry I'm late in commenting again, Daniel - I must work out this KZbin 'notification' thing! It, again, goes without saying, that this was a wonderful and inspiring performance of another - to me - completely unknown work by the Great Master of organ music! Very best wishes, Tony - UK.

This composition has a very special conception in its structure as well as the use of variated aesthetics. I would like particularly to know which registration you employed in the 2nd verse: it sounds very picturesque.

Thank you for your comment. The 1st verse is played on the principal 8' on the Rückpositiv. The 2nd verse is played on gedact 8' and rörflöit 4' on the Brustwerk. The 3rd verse is played on a pleno on the Great.
