@@MarisaMinder I do play classical guitar. For a 2 - 3 years in the 90's I played in a class at the local community college as the only guitarist in the group. The main group worked on orchestral arrangements, then split into small groups. Everyone played in a monthly recital, open to the public. Loved it.

Nice playing but the guitar had almost no volume and hardly audible, more like a solo flute work.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate people sharing their opinions. As for me, I prefer recordings that are as close to the live experience as possible. I like authentic recordings with a lot of sound spectrum. When the guitar is artificially emphasized, it unfortunately loses a lot of its unique timbre. This challenges the listener to listen carefully. People who often listen to the guitar in concert are used to this, I think.

@@MarisaMinder - I disagree with the comments anent guitar volume - the balance is perfect. A guitarist myself, it should be apparent that the guitar is not the primary instrument and what I hear in the 'Left' channel of my equipment could not be better.
