Namaste Sir My daughter is having kumb lagna and 9th land in 9 th house libra. My husband was not in town at the time of birth and I was admitted in the hospital around 11 a.m but doctor was not available so I got surgery at 2 p.m .she was born at 2.10 p.m on 11/11/98 place is Jammu ( j& k).
