In Switzerland, we pronounce R”oo”Sti, coz it has 2 dots above “o” …… And adding bacon n cheese is more common than egg, we place the egg at the top instead of in the mixture ….. Usually we fried each side 7mins
Actually Swiss also eat Rösti as a main, though normally as a side. You could also add ingredients like bacon, pepper, mushroom, fried egg...etc. :) it’s very heavy food!!!
