Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 4 Tbspn
Cinnamon stick- 1
Bayleaf- 2-3
Cloves- 3-4
Green cardamom- 2-3
Cumin seeds(Jeera)- 1&1/2 tsp
Onion- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chicken- 1 kg
Tomato- 3
Kashmiri laal mirch powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2&1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4th Tsp
Black pepper powder- 1&1/2 tsp
Green chilly thick- 2-3
Kasuri methi- 1 tsp
Chilly flakes- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Chopped cilantro
Ginger julienne
