Before I go any further please check your US visa. If at the bottom of the visa it states you are subject to INA 212(e) then you are required to go home and be physically present for 2 years in the Philippines. The 212(e) requires you to return home for at least two years after your exchange visitor program. This requirement is part of U.S. law, in the Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 212(e). It appears there is no waiver to this.

Not really po. It’s really up to you po. Pero for us at sa mga nakita po namn mostly naka pang neck tie po 🙂
