Oh wow, one of the best panels, thank you for uploading! The bullying question, the fact that this time there were guys asking questions, the Star Wars, and the SOUL MATES question - I never expected them to answer the latter so confidently, the topic is highly controversial but they talked with such ease about it. I think I started sweating while listening to the answer... 😅 I have an intense fight/flight response to the topic because of how close I am to it as an HSP, and because nobody seems to take the concept any further for our culture as a whole - then BAM it gets asked (thank you, whoever you are!). Jared is right, everyone has a different definition. The most annoying definitions are those that actually negate the importance of such a person - then why have a special soul mate concept at all?... The concept comes from Plato but really from Atlantis, so NOT from the Renaissance when it was deemed to be about a non-romantic mental connection. Soul mates can and actually do have sex in Heaven (which is why the "junkless angels" bit made me laugh out loud!!!). Outside of Gothic fiction, however, which is fiction, there is not much to support the idea that it is siblings or blood relations that can be soul mates. Incest is not allowed spiritually. There may be truth in the suggestion that "marriage" as we know it is not necessarily the ultimate goal of the soul-mate bond, or even romance for that matter; the problem is then you have people on the whole marrying someone who is not their true equal, just to fit in society which wants you married, because there is this misguided attitude of: hey my soul mate will always "be there anyway" and deal with whatever negativity might result, and we will be together in Heaven or whatever. I don't think so! The soul mate is the one bond that needs to be respected and at the centre of one's emotional life here and now - because it is the only one that can balance you and CREATE Heaven on an individual level. What everyone is looking for is that ultimate Friend, so it's something unique, personal and someone who has already been with you through Time and Space. There is no mistaking the feeling because it reaches much deeper - that's why people write fiction, trying to mirror their own soul-mate feelings, and their own Balance. Anyway, I thought Jared would be predictable and say that Gen had actually sent him astrology readings saying the two of them were soul mates (while I'll ask you guess what the astrology really says and about whom.... 😅♋️♓️) -- it caught me completely off-guard that instead he considers the possibility his two sons could be soul mates. 😮 It's fine, I just hope he's ready for fanfic to get written about them...

Stopped watching shows which became too boring, depressing, poorly written, etc., but did NOT stop watching Supernatural because it continued to resonate with me. And with many others!
