Honestly I don't play that many other shooters, I think the trick to my succes is playing Osu! It's a music and rhythm game that improves dexterity, reaction time, and accuracy. I also spend a lot of time in the training room practicing flick shots. Of course I still have lots of room to improve though :)

Sense Grohk is so weak right now, how would you feel about some small buffs in the other pieces of his kit. say like these. Shock Pulse now does cripples for 2 seconds as well as slows and is reapplied per bounce. or it does 150 per bounce and anyone effected from shock Pulse takes bonus damage from all of grohks abilities for 5 seconds. Ghost walk: Base movement speed boost on this ability is 50% or grohk can still use his abilities during this abilitys and shoot aside from his ult. Tempest: Can effect all enemies and allies in the area and heals grohk as well with a 15% damage reduction with a 50% movement speed penalty to go along with it so he's able to heal everyone and hurt anyone around him without being so easy to blow up, but he's alot easier to hit and keep enemies in the circle for a long time. or just increase both the heal and the damage to 500.

whats the difference between having 100% increased scope speed and 50% movement speed while scoped compared to the reverse which is your loadout?

There is a huge difference between those two build options. The increased scope speed beyond 50% seems negligible to me personally, sure it lets you charge faster and do slightly higher DPS. This is not worth the cost of 2 more points. As for move speed while scoped, the 100% speed with bunny hopping lets you move much faster then normal, whereas 50% speed would not. This is huge for dodging shots, re-positioning, and just general unpredictability.

Yeah they fixed the card and it works now. It helps since you don't get instagibbed by Androxus and Skye as often with this card.
