I don't really agree with civil lawsuits, unless they tend to be against a large corporations for actual damage. I didn't really pay attention to the OJ Simpson trial. But he was found not guilty. And then he got sued play somebody's family member. And he was found liable. If you're not guilty of a crime you can't be held liable for the crime. That's just my opinion. And then argue with me that they could go in there. The NY Adult Survivors Act is an unconstitutional ex post facto law. Per SCOTUS (1867), you cannot dress up an essentially criminal case (rape and sexual assault are felonies) in a civil form to evade statue of limitations restrictions. The entire case is garbage 🗑. He would have been civilly liable for rape and/or sexual assault if he had been criminally charged and convicted of the alleged crimes first. Since the alleged crimes occurred nearly 30 years ago and he has never been criminally charged and convicted of the alleged crimes, he is not liable for anything. She is liable for defaming him with unverifiable allegations of criminal acts. BTW, EJ Carroll has accused several other people of raping her in her book. BTW, since POTUS 45/47 was POTUS in 2019 and he has not been impeached and convicted by Congress first of the alleged defamation, the case violates numerous constitutional provisions including the Supremacy Clause, the Impeachment Clauses, Due Process of Law, and the 10th Amendment's jurisdictional boundaries between federal and state authorities. The ordinary criminal court system has exactly ZERO authority over the conduct of the President of the United States.

My life, home, family, career, and health were destroyed by Philadelphia."Councilmanic prerogative" and corrupt zoning and court system that dug up a contaminated site adjacent to my house--poisoned me with mercury and lead-- may many hospitalizations and loss of everything followed. One woman died due to that project as well- - But the corruption basically mobbed me and retaliated and left me to basically die. I finally got out of town, but I have all this evidence and am wondering if maybe now is the time to get help. All helwas denied me i the wallof corruption against me. The corruption in Philly is all over and total. One party system are very dangerous.
