Ingredients List:
Paneer 200gm
Oil- 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter/Ghee er-1 tbsp
Chopped Onion -3
Garlic (Lahsun) - 10 to 12 Splitted
Green chilli 3
Chopped Tomato -3 Oil 2 tbsp
Clarified Butter/Ghee ar- 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed/Jeera - T- 1 tsp
Bay Leaf/Tej Patta
Cloves/Laung i-2
Black Peppercorns
Cinnamon Stick/Dalchini 1
Green Choti Elaichi 2
Black Badi Elaichi-
Kashmiri Red chilly powder 1tsp
Red Chili (Lal Mirch) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder .5 tbsp
Cumin Powder T 431/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Green Peas ₹ - 1.5 cup
Water 3/4 cup
Kasoori Methi 1 thsn
fresh cream _2tbsp
Method of preparation:
First of all we will finely chop onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli and also chop our paneer. Now we will heat oil in a pan and fry our paneer in it. Now take out all the paneer and then heat some ghee in it and heat it. As soon as the ghee is hot, put it in the oil. We will add one teaspoon of cumin seeds and bay leaves and two whole spices. Now let them boil well. As soon as it boils, put the onion in it. Fry it till it becomes golden brown and then put it in it. We will fry tomatoes for some time, after that we will add turmeric, coriander, salt, chilli and fry them a little. Now we will prepare a masala, for this we will take 8-10 cashew nuts, some round chilli, black pepper, coriander seeds and garam masala, we will grind all of these by adding water. Now we will add this mixture in the onion-tomato gravy and cook till the oil surfaces. As soon as the oil is cooked, we will add a handful of cashew nuts to it. We will fry peas after stirring for a while and as soon as it is fried, we will add some water and also add fried paneer, one spoon of kasuri methi, home made cream and one spoon of sugar. Add all these and cook well, then garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
