For roti jab koi mar jaata hai to 12-13 days ka boj hota hai us main 3 roti rakhte hai is liye thali main 3 roti nahi rakhna chahiye..for rice - wo Agni ko arpan karte hai is liye aise rakhna accha mana jaata hai.
