1. In a saucepan, bring 2 bowls of water to a boil.
2. Add a bit of oil and salt to the boiling water.
3. Add assorted vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) to the boiling water.
4. Add 1 bowl of rice to the boiling water.
5. Cook the rice and vegetables on medium flame until done.
Veg Manchurian:
#### Ingredients:
Assorted vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, carrots, beans)
Gram flour
Ginger (1-inch piece)
Salt (to taste)
Oil (for frying)
#### Procedure:
1. Finely chop cabbage, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, carrots, and beans.
2. Grate or add finely chopped ginger to the vegetables.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Add gram flour gradually until a thick batter is formed.
5. Form small balls from the batter.
6. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.
7. In a separate pan, heat oil and lightly fry the chopped vegetables.

9. Add water gradually to create a lump-free batter.
10. Cook until the gravy thickens.
