Ghanaians spend too much time praising entertainers from the US. Start helping yourselves and fix your own country

I think the whole world praises celebrities. Watch videos from around the world and see how people respond to their favourite artists

@@IvyProsper You are right Ivy. But the focus is Ghanaians in your video. I may not be black but my experience is that the country was good aside from the poverty, poor hospitals and a terrible education system. I witnessed the non-stop glorification of celebrities and time wasted on entertainment. Such a friendly group of people but with no direction. The time for fun should cease, your people need to get serious work. Shouts from Germany!

@@FinancialHealth-ku1ryA terrible education system? If the education system is so poor, why do Ghanaian children usually excel when they migrate to the West?
@FinancialHealth-ku1ry6 ай бұрын
@@IvyProsper They do not 'excel'. Disappointing that you threw that out as it lacks substance. Black Africans in the West fall behind Indians, Chinese and many other demographics. They make up a huge proportion of prisoners and unfortunately live below the breadline. In general, your demographic do not excel.

@@FinancialHealth-ku1ryUnless you have lived there for at least 6 months, and travelled round the country, you are in no position to make any categorical statements on the situation in Ghana. Are you even aware that the entertainment industry provides jobs and generates income for the economy, including tourist income? And is deliberately supported by the govt? Similar to what goes on in Brazil, Florida, etc? And then you go there with your prejudice and think “these people are just wasting their time on useless entertainment”. You can’t just visit a country briefly with a know-it-all attitude and start lecturing the people on how they should live, with zero understanding of the factors undergirding the environment you are in. Very arrogant and uncalled for.
